Harry Wood - Chief Executive Officer

Harry has a proven track record having successfully taken three primary schools out of a failing category leading to Ofsted judgements of good and outstanding. He has also been Executive Headteacher at a secondary school helping it to achieve its first Ofsted good judgement. With over 27 inspections successfully completed he has excellent operational knowledge of leading schools. His work has been nationally recognised.

Angela Dobrucki - Chief Finance Officer

Angela has an excellent track record of overseeing financial control and reporting together with identifying and mitigating risk. As the CFO, Angela works in support of all our academies, ensuring budgets are planned and efficient and can evidence value for money. She is also able to support schools through the conversion process and beyond in all aspects of financial planning, audit, accounting and statutory returns.

Lisa Baldwin-Smith - Business Support Officer

Lisa provides the operational and administrative support at the trust, ensuring effective and efficient processes and compliance with statutory requirements. Lisa also coordinates the governance arrangements across the trust and provides a conduit between the trust board and the local governing bodies.

Headteachers

Our headteachers have a range of skills and talents. They work closely with the local authority and established networks supporting a range of committees and working parties. They are also involved in a variety of training programmes coordinating and presenting to senior and middle leaders as well as early career teachers. The trust encourages all our leaders to participate in educational research and accredited national professional qualifications.

Trust specialist leaders

Our trust specialist leaders are our talented middle leaders. They coordinate the subject leaders across our trust and partner schools. They facilitate our pioneer review days. Many are lead professionals and work beyond our trust offering assessment, moderation and other SLE support.

Wider network of educational consultants

PACT has access to a wide network of professional consultants who provide specific support for its own academies. PACT also utilises the skills of these lead professionals to offer CPD opportunities for other educational settings.

Business SLA contracts

The trust has several service level agreements. These contracts are negotiated by the trust on behalf of our academies thus saving business teams time and effort in procuring such support. These organisations provide our teams with the professional expertise required to run efficiently and effectively. These skilled consultants replace the necessity to employ large trust teams. This way of working is more cost effective and we receive high standards and levels of support.
