Thank you for taking the time to find out more about our Trust and the work we do. I have worked in education for over 40 years, and throughout that time I have remained deeply committed to improving outcomes for children and supporting the professionals who work with them. While a short introduction cannot fully capture this journey, it is shaped by the many schools, colleagues, families and communities I have had the privilege to serve. 

My experience as a headteacher continues to influence my work as CEO. I understand the realities of teaching and the increasing demands placed on staff. As a Trust, we are clear that our role is to support, develop and empower our people. We focus on professional growth through coaching and collaboration, rather than judgement, because we believe this is key to both retaining talented staff and securing the very best outcomes for pupils.
